The atmosphere of Earth, has many moods. It reflects and interacts with our own emotions and feelings.
It is an image of our own consciousness and state of mind.
We think of the sky as something separate from us. A blue ceiling, floating way up from the ground.
In reality we breathe the sky. We call it air. The sky begins from the core of our planet.
The sky is our common external body.
I love to think about the humble power that the air possesses. It is a true reflection of what humble abundance
really is: clear, free, shared and consumed equally, never in shortage. Its presence is silent, formless, light,
balanced and yet very powerful.
The total weight of the atmosphere exerts a pressure of about 14.7 pounds per square inch at sea level.

Water and glass fascinate me.
Lightning strikes the sand and transforms it into quartz, the fundamental
element for glass. Water covers 70.9% of the Earth's surface. The Body contains 70% water.
We are so much like Earth! I am more liquid than solid. This is amazing to me-- to imagine myself as a

It is fun to shoot a cookbook, no doubt about it. Specially when you work with creative people such as three michelin stars chef Laurent Gras, and the Author Mitchell Davis.
I have to say that we love the process as much as the final results. sometimes even more... the process is a part of a broader reality, hidden fabrics of time and events, moments, air of memories, remainders from the people who took part and were involve in the making of the projects.
